Atlanta is weighing a multi-billion-dollar decision to extend its eight TADs (Tax Allocation Districts), shaping the future of how schools, infrastructure, and city services are funded. In partnership with Working Families Power and Housing Justice League, we are hosting TAD Talks, a series of four town halls across Atlanta to break down how TADs work and discuss what’s at stake for your neighborhood. TADs can drive investment, but they can also fuel displacement and divert critical tax dollars from schools and services. Join us to make sense of them, together.
