HouseATL will be in Cobb County for our third quarter Member Convening, with sponsorship from Georgia Power.  We will be welcomed by Chairwoman Lisa Cupid.

A panel of Cobb County developers, moderated by Kristin Allin of the Atlanta Regional Commission, will discuss the opportunities and obstacles to increasing the affordable housing supply: 
- Kyle Huhtanen, Executive Director, Habitat for Humanity NWMA
- Adam Brock, Executive Vice President, Brock Built Homes
- Russell Smith, Director of Development, Walton Communities.

This convening will also feature a panel on energy efficiency improvements moderated by the Co-Chair of our new Sustainable and Resilient Housing Working Group, Abe Kruger, who is also Co-Founder of SK Collaborative.  Panelists include:
- Ashley McBride, Director of Policy at Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance
- Jamie McKenzie, Residential Energy Efficiency Implementation Manager, Georgia Power
- Dr. Michelle Marcus, Senior Research Associate at Georgia Health Policy Center 

There will also be an annual business meeting officiated by HouseATL's Board Co-Chair, Alan Ferguson, where HouseATL members will participate in a vote on Bylaws amendments.
