Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta and Georgia State University College of Law have formed a partnership to create the FHLBank Atlanta Heirs’ Property Law Clinic. The new clinic will train the next generation of lawyers to help low- to moderate-income property owners preserve their generational wealth through legacy planning and clarified ownership of family property.
