FCS - Focused Community Strategies, Kindred Futures, Partnership for Southern Equity, and Urban Oasis Development are bringing together knowledge, resources, and relationships to help neighbors better understand what’s happening around them and participate in what comes next.

Southeast Atlanta is changing quickly. New development and investment bring important questions about housing, affordability, land use, homeownership, and who gets to benefit from that growth. To participate meaningfully in those conversations, neighbors need access to the data—and an understanding of the language and processes behind the decisions being made.

On August 22, FCS is putting that idea into practice with Southeast Atlanta By The Numbers.

At the event, participants will dig into neighborhood housing and zoning, affordable and inclusive housing, homeownership opportunities, AMI, land use, and economic development. FCS will create space for real conversation about what growth should look like in Southeast Atlanta and how neighbors can help shape it.
